Pick & Choose

Pick and Choose is the name of a fictional hair brand of products for people of color with hair textures ranging from curly to kinky. For the logo design, I chose to combine an afro hairstyle with an afro pick. The line of products consists of shampoos, conditioners, and gels. I named the shampoo and conditioner line “To the Root.” The title indicates to the customer that the products clean and condition the hair thoroughly. The name of the gel product is “Kinks and Coils.” The gels are designed to enhance the natural curl pattern of the hair. The title of the merchandise indicates this to the customer.
